MagReSynTM Products MagReSyn™ Amine Amine (NH2) functional microspheres may be used to physically adsorb biomolecules through ionic interaction, or they can be covalently attached to the microsphere by modification of the primary amine functionality with a variety of chemical coupling agents. The most frequently used agents include glutaraldehyde, N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (NHS ester) and carbodiimide derivatives.
