MagReSyn™ Products  MagReSyn™ NTA microspheres consist of covalently coupled nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) molecules with a strong metal-chelating capability. The NTA is pre-charged with nickel ions and immobilized throughout the volume of the microsphere, resulting in an exceptionally high functional group density and binding capacity. The high binding capacity allows the use of as little as 5 µl beads, allowing experimental miniaturization and high-throughput automated analysis.
